Founded by an experienced mold design engineer, Elite Moulds has grown from a specialized design house into a comprehensive, state-of-the-art manufacturing operation. Today, we run a unified, high-tech infrastructure housing a fleet of 18 advanced machines and a master-calibrated metrology lab.
We are proudly powered by our parent company, Mahadevi Tools — an established manufacturing firm founded and run by the previous generation. This deep-rooted family lineage brings decades of tribal knowledge, heavy toolroom experience, and a time-tested reputation to our operations.

Our leadership is fundamentally anchored in premier technical training. Elite Moulds was founded by a qualified specialist from NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) in Tool & Die Making, and operates on a strict framework of structural engineering and geometric dimensioning.
Because our background originates directly from the tool design desk, we do not cut steel blindly. Every project begins with a rigorous Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review — analyzing client 3D CAD files for proper draft angles, material flow behavior, optimal gate placement, and wall-thickness uniformity before manufacturing begins.
